The Vidrio family proudly comes from Jalisco, Mexico — a region known for its rich culinary traditions. Wanting to share the flavors of home, they brought their passion for authentic Mexican food to Washington State. Alejandro Vidrio, who spent years managing restaurants, turned his dream into reality with two thriving La Palapa locations. His dedication to good food and great service continues to shape the heart of the restaurant, creating a true taste of Jalisco for all.
